Unfortunately, Covid 19 is still with us and in recent weeks there has been an upswing in cases.
A fifth wave is now being predicted.
To protect yourself and your loved ones please take a minute to re-acquaint yourself with the current NHS advice.
DO
Get vaccinated and have the booster jab when it is offered.
Meet people outside if possible.
Open doors and windows to let fresh air in when meeting people inside.
Limit the number of people you meet and avoid crowded places.
Consider wearing a face covering on public transport, and indoor crowded places.
Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser regularly throughout the day.
Cover your nose and mouth if coughing or sneezing. Remember “coughs and sneezes spread diseases”
DON’T
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
